Employees utilise Vunified to report environmental incidents within the plant
Evaluation and Assessment
Reported incidents are assessed using predefined severity scales, which determine the appropriate resolution timeframe
Investigation
Incidents are thoroughly investigated to uncover the root causes and key issues of the incidents
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Depending on the severity of the incidents, corrective and preventive measures are formulated
Action Plan Distribution
The developed action plans are distributed and executed at the site level to effectively resolve the incidents
