A flagship wellbeing initiative that focuses on helping employees pause, rejuvenate, and evolve, both personally and professionally. Through art therapy sessions, wellbeing podcasts, group counselling, and guided meditation, A.U.R.A creates safe spaces for emotional expression, stress relief, and mental balance.

We also ensure to celebrate the Mental Health month to reinforce the importance of psychological safety, resilience, and self care.

Physical Health & Wellness Programmes

Holistic physical and mental health programmes are delivered through reputed institutional partnerships such as The Art of Living, promoting fitness, mindfulness, and preventive healthcare. Apart from these, the Company also hosts sport championships and tournaments revolving around cricket, football, basketball, and volleyball across locations.

24x7 Professional Counselling Support

In collaboration with Silver Oak, Hindustan Zinc provides round-the-clock confidential counselling services - available not only to employees, but also to their families - ensuring support when it is needed most. Under this collaboration, we also launched the habit-tracking app to empower employees to adopt healthy routines, reinforcing long-term wellbeing through small, consistent actions.
